Placing orders
How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these steps:
- select one of the items you like
- select the right size and quantity
- click on the ADD TO CART button
- an overview of your shopping bag will be shown. If you would like to purchase another product, you can click on the button CONTINUE SHOPPING that will return you to the shop. If you are done shopping click the button PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
- Fill in your details in the form that appears
- Carefully check your order
- Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to pay for your order. We will send a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
What payments methods do we accept?
At our online shop we accept iDEAL (The Netherlands), Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Klarna pay afterwards (Dutch bankaccounts only), Paypal and (international) banktransfer for you payment.
Will I get a receipt with my order and an invoice of my purchase?
You will receive an order receipt by e-mail immediately after you have placed an order in our webshop. When your order is processed you’ll receive your invoice by e-mail.
What will happen with my personal information?
Personal information will be saved and treated with care; it will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery of your order.
Can I return or exchange my purchases?
Yes it is possible to return or exchange your purchases. For more information please see Shipping&returns
I would like to have an item that is out of stock. What can I do?
Please send us an e-mail to check if the item will return.
Pre orders
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items can be ordered while they are not yet available. These items are almost or currently in production and we will adjust them to demand whenever possible. By pre-ordering you can be sure that your desired product will not be sold out.
How do I know if an item is pre-ordered or immediately available?
All pre-order items have a pre-order indication on the product page.
When will my pre-order item be delivered?
The expected delivery time is listed with the product. As soon as we know the exact delivery date you will be notified by email. Then you will receive another message as soon as your item ships.
Will pre-order items be shipped with my other orders?
We prefer to ship your order at once as soon as your pre-order also arrives. Nice and green :- ) Have you also ordered other, immediately available items, which you would like to receive earlier (for example because you want to wear them at the same time? We understand ;-))? Then send us an email after completing your order, and the available items will be sent to you in advance.
Can I return pre-order items?
Yes, pre-orders are subject to the same return policy as other items. The time you are given to return your item(s) does not start until you receive your order.
Can a pre-order item be sold out?
When a product on pre-order is sold out, you cannot pre-order it. It will no longer be available in the upcoming delivery. Please send us a message to ask if and when it will be available again.
Help on choosing the right size
How do I use the size chart?
You can use our size charts as an indication for choosing the right size. What is the right size for you depends on how tight or loose you prefer to wear your clothes. Keep in mind that Hussein leggings may be extra tight when first worn and that the fabric quickly adapts to your body and runs up to half a size.
How do I measure my measurements?
Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: stand with your feet hip-width apart and measure around the widest part of your hips.
Inseam: measure the inside length of your leg from crotch to ankle.
Chest size: measure at chest height around the widest part of your torso.
